Appointment Arrival
In order to see patients in an efficient manner, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are a new patient to our practice, we request that you complete and submit “new patient paperwork” prior to your appointment date. This ensures we have adequate time to review/prepare your chart for the provider.
**If you arrive less than 15 minutes prior to your appointment you may be rescheduled at the discretion of our staff**
